Approximately 8 miles from Leadville, access to the property is primarily on a dirt county road (Tennessee Creek Road) with the last several yards on a bumpy jeep trail. It is advisable to access the property in a high-clearance, four-wheel drive vehicle. During the winter months access to the property would be by snowmobile. It is an adventure to get there, but well worth the trip! From Leadville, take Mountain View Dr (County Rd 17) west to County Rd 9, then north to Tennessee Creek Rd. Take Tennessee Creek Rd to the fork in the road - take a right turn. At the next fork in the road, take a left turn. At this point (approx 4.3 miles of dirt road), you will be on a bumpy jeep trail until you reach the property. Use your GPS device.
